The SCS Lakers basketball program is buzzing with energy as they gear up for the Summer season, fresh off a thrilling Winter Championship victory! The SCS Lakers U14s capped an incredible run by clinching the Grand Final trophy with a hard-fought 38-34 victory over the Rockets.

 

Defense Wins Championships, Now It's Time to DefendWith the Summer season set to tip off this week, the U14s are ready to defend their title. Their journey to repeat as champions will begin immediately, fuelled by the same grit and defensive masterpiece that secured the trophy last winter.

 

Welcome to the Lakers Family, as two new exciting additions to the Lakers family:

The SCS Lakers U12s will take the court on Friday nights, coached by Levi.

A new SCS Lakers U14s team will debut on Saturdays, bolstering the club’s presence in the older age group.

 

The future looks bright for the Lakers, with veteran champions returning to the court and new talent joining the program.
