⭐ Complete Team Effort Powers Lakers to 51-7 Victory Over Shooters

The SCS Lakers U12s made a strong comeback on Friday, defeating the SCS Shooters 51-7 at home to level their season record at 1-1. The Lakers took charge of the game right away, going up 26-4 at halftime and never looking back. The result was a team effort that showed how deep and talented the whole roster is.

Josh Evans led the Lakers to a quick start by scoring the first four points of the game, two of which were free throws and one of which was a field goal. As Kayson C and Evans made back-to-back baskets, the momentum kept building, and the score went to 10-0. Then Kyron T took over and scored six points in a row, hitting three straight field goals to give the Lakers a 16–0 lead. The balanced attack was clear in the first half, with many players scoring points.

In the second half, the Lakers kept up their intensity and let all of their players play. Jai Singh got hot in the last quarter, hitting a three-pointer to finish with 11 points on 5-14 shooting, which was the most points scored by his team. Kayson C was just as good, scoring 11 points on a perfect 5-5 shooting from the field. Josh Evans also scored 11 points on 4-8 shooting from the field, which was also excellent. Ethan Espiritu and Kyron T both made significant contributions with 8 and 6 points, showing how deep the team is.

This is the kind of response the Lakers needed after their last game. They showed outstanding teamwork, ball movement, and defensive intensity. The Lakers showed that they have the talent and chemistry to compete at a high level this season by having every player who came into the game make a difference.
